Press Home on the remote and open Apps.
Select the magnifier and type MaxPlayer (one word).
Pick Max Player and select Install.
Open MaxPlayer and sign in with the username and password you received.
Works on Samsung Smart TVs (Tizen) from 2017 onwards.
